How to make roasted eggplant wedges from scratch

While writing a novel (Graffiti Hack) I had to come up with a unique eggplant recipe to fit into the plot. I spent months and months experimenting in the kitchen to come up with the perfect recipe match to my story. This in one of the recipes that came out of that phase. It is not the recipe that I ended up in the novel. However it is easy to make, my family and friends love it and it is both delicious and healthy. I hope you enjoy it.

Written Instructions

Mix all the following:

1 can of tomato paste
1/2 cup of olive oil
2 minced garlic cloves
chopped dill
1 table spoon of hot sauce
salt and pepper.

Cut two large eggplants length wise into 4 or 5 wedges. Place tomato mixture on each wedge. Place all wedges onto backing dish. Bake for 45 minutes on 400. You can eat it both hot or cold
